Pursuant to Rule 704 (13) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that there are no persons occupying a managerial position in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries who is a relative of a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of the Company in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2013.
