Mermaid Annual Report 2012

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited ("Mermaid") is pleased to announce that its Annual Report for the financial year that ended on 30 September 2012 ("Annual Report") is attached and also available for viewing and downloading at https://www.mermaid-group.com. In the website, please find the 'Quick Downloads' menu located to the right of the main page and click on 'Latest Annual Report'.

CD copies of the Annual Report will be dispatched to all shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders as at the book closing date (5:00 p.m. Singapore time, 14 December 2012) together with an invitation to attend Mermaid's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 01/2013 scheduled for 28 January 2013. Shareholders eligible for CD copies are also eligible to receive printed copies of the Annual Report upon request.
