Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited ("Mermaid") wishes to circulate the attached press release made by Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA"). This relates to a proposal for a capital increase in TTA to support investment opportunities and future returns.
TTA is a strategic investment holding company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Its investment portfolio includes transport, energy, and infrastructure assets, both domestically and internationally. TTA is also Mermaid's majority shareholder.
