Results Of The Annual General Meeting Of Shareholders No. 01/2012

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that its Annual General Meeting No. 01/2012 ("AGM 2012") was held today, 26 January 2012, and all proposed resolutions set out in the Notice to AGM 2012 dated 22 December 2011 were duly approved and passed by the Company's shareholders at the said meeting.
Nonetheless, the agenda items relevant to ESOP 2012 will be subject to the approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA") to be taken place on 31 January 2012.
