Annual Report 2011

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited ("Mermaid") wishes to announce that its Annual Report for the financial year that ended on 30 September 2011 ("Annual Report") is attached and also available for viewing and downloading at www.mermaid-maritime.com. In the website, please find the 'Quick Downloads' menu located to the right of the main page and click on 'Latest Annual Report'.

CD copies of the Annual Report will be dispatched to all shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders as at the book closing date (5:00 p.m. Singapore time, 22 December 2011) together with an invitation to attend Mermaid's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 scheduled for 26 January 2012. Shareholders eligible for CD copies are also eligible to receive printed copies of the Annual Report upon request.
