Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited ("Mermaid") wishes to announce that its Annual Report for the financial year that ended on 30 September 2009 is now available for downloading from our website (www.mermaid-group.com). In the website, please find the 'Quick Downloads' menu located to the right of the main page and click on 'Latest Annual Report'.
Hard copies will also be dispatched to all shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders as at the book closing date (5:00 p.m. Singapore time, 06 January 2010) together with an invitation to attend Mermaid's Annual General Meeting 2010 scheduled for 28 January 2010.
